Wine and Beer purchases can not be returned or refunded. Please refer to the terms and conditions as provided in those product descriptions. |

Please contact us in writing before attempting to make any merchandise return. Refer to the "Contact Us" link on this site. |

All returns are for store credit only. |

Returned items must be received by Maggie's Attic of Florida, before credit will be applied/given. |

No credit will be given after 7 days of customer receipt of the merchandise shipped. |

The customer is responsible for cost of returns except in the case of merchandise damaged in shipping. The return of merchandise damaged in shipping will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the shipper used. |

In the event of damages due to shipping product replacement will be dependent on current availability of the item(s). For items that may no longer be available a full refund will be given. |
